    Only faculty are permitted to enter, review, and approve proposals in MCC.

    Deadlines for curriculum changes to be included in the 2026-2027 academic catalog.

    More information on submission and approval deadlines can be found here.

    Submission Deadlines:

    November 4, 2025: Early Submission Deadline for Level II/III (highly recommended)

    December 15, 2025: Final Submission Deadline for all Level II/III curriculum packages

    January 26, 2026: Final Submission Deadline for all Level I curriculum packages

    Undergraduate Approval Deadlines:

    Approval Deadlines: February 26, 2026 (Level II and III) and April 9, 2026 (Level I)

    Level II and III curriculum changes must be through the UCC by the February 26, 2026 deadline, and Level I curriculum changes must be through the UCC by April 9, 2026 to be included in the 2026-2027 Academic Catalog.

    Graduate Approval Deadlines: 

    Approval Deadlines: February 18, 2026 (Level II and III) and April 1, 2026 (Level I)

    Level II and III curriculum changes must be approved by the GCC by the February 18, 2026 deadline, and Level I curriculum changes must be approved by the GCC by April 1, 2026 to be included in the 2026-2027 Academic Catalog.

    Completed curriculum packages will be reviewed for placement on agendas at the Curriculum Support step and are put on UCC/GCC agendas in the order received and meeting time permitting.

    Curriculum changes approved by the UCC/GCC after the above deadlines will not be reflected in the 2026-2027 catalog.
