Committee meeting agendas fill up approximately two months in advance, so please plan accordingly. COMPLETED packages are put on UCC/GCC agendas in the order received and meeting time permitting. Note example: Even if your package is completed and reaches the GCC/UCC approval step by January 25, it does not guarantee your package will make it on an agenda prior to the deadline; therefore, it is recommended to have your package completed by January 1, 2019.
Curriculum changes approved by the UCC/GCC after the above deadlines will NOT be reflected in the 2019-2020 catalogs. No exceptions.
Curriculog is ECU’s curriculum and program management system.
Programs and courses are developed or revised, and then routed for review and approval by department, college, and university committees, all using Curriculog. Curriculog helps the institution provide transparency throughout the approval process, improves communication, allows faculty planners to track the progress of the package, and sends notifications to reviewers and approvers that action is needed. In addition, Curriculog integrates with Acalog and Banner to ensure consistent information across platforms and compliance with accreditors.
