    Curriculum is a faculty driven process.
    Only faculty are permitted to enter, review, and approve proposals in Curriculog.

    Login requires an active Pirate ID and passphrase.
    Please click the Login link to the top-right of this window to begin the login process. Enter your ECU credentials and click 'Sign in'.

    Deadlines for curriculum changes to be included in the 2024-2025 academic catalog.

    More information on submission and approval deadlines can be found here.

    Submission Deadlines:

    November 1, 2023: Early Submission Deadline for Level II/III (highly recommended)

    December 15, 2023: Final Submission Deadline for all Level II/III curriculum packages

    January 15, 2024: Final Submission Deadline for all Level I curriculum packages

    Undergraduate Approval Deadlines:

    Approval Deadlines: February 29, 2024 (Level II and III) and March 28, 2024 (Level I)

    Level II and III curriculum changes must be through the UCC by the February 29, 2024 deadline, and Level I curriculum changes must be through the UCC by March 28, 2024 to be included in the 2024-2025 Academic Catalog.

    Graduate Approval Deadlines: 

    Approval Deadlines: February 28, 2024 (Level II and III) and March 27, 2024 (Level I)

    Level II and III curriculum changes must be through the GCC by the February 28, 2024 deadline, and Level I curriculum changes must be through the GCC by March 27, 2024 to be included in the 2024-2025 Academic Catalog.

    Completed curriculum packages will be reviewed for placement on agendas at the Curriculum Support step and are put on UCC/GCC agendas in the order received and meeting time permitting.

    Curriculum changes approved by the UCC/GCC after the above deadlines will not be reflected in the 2024-2025 catalog.
